Our History
At Marilyn's Italian Kitchen, our history is rooted in family and tradition. Our recipes have been passed down for generations, and we take great pride in using authentic ingredients and techniques to create the flavors of our ancestors. From our humble beginnings serving our family's homemade gnocchi at a local festival through two brick & mortar establishments, we have always strived to offer your family the rustic flavors from our table.

Classic Sunday Red Gnocchi

Slow roasted beef in Italian jus, fresh sauteed hot banana peppers, provonello, & grated parm/romano cheeses on a freshly baked roll. We've been told may times by many different people it's the best sammie at the show.

Stuffed Banana Peppers

Two or three banana peppers (depending on size) stuffed with our blend of ground beef & our house-made Italian sausage, fresh herbs, cheeses, bread crumb, & egg. Slow roasted in tomato. Expect heat. How much just depends on the peppers.
Bowl Of Meatballs

Get them while you can! Seriously we never seem to have enough. Five or ten meatballs in a bowls with Sunday Red Sauce & grated parm/romano cheese.
Marilyn's Famous Wedding Soup
