The Pittsburgh Pierogi Festival, a celebration of the city's love for pierogies, is returning after a two-year hiatus on May 17, 2025, at SouthSide Works, featuring over 100 pierogi and pierogi-inspired dishes from various vendors.  

Get ready to taste the best food on four wheels! Join us as Hollywood Casino at the Meadows will be transformed into a culinary road map for The Greater Pittsburgh Food Truck Festival.

More than 50 of the region’s best food trucks will be in attendance, plus live music and entertainment, craft beer and wine, regional artisans and vendors, and lots more. It's a weekend food lovers across the region will not want to miss!

Picklesburgh is an annual pickle-themed festival in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania,  It has taken place in Downtown Pittsburgh every summer since 2015.

The festival showcases "all things pickled," including pickle-flavored beer and cocktails, pickle ice cream, and other pickled foods such as dilly beans and kimchi. It also features live music, children's activities, and an annual pickle juice drinking competition, the winner of which is crowned the "Mayor of Picklesburgh".] The festival's centerpiece is a 35-foot-long (11 m) Heinz pickle balloon.

Picklesburgh was voted the "best specialty food festival in America" in USA Today readers' polls in 2019, 2020, 2023, and 2025.

As a showcase for agricultural events, the Fayette County Fair has been providing a venue for education and a variety of entertainment for 64 years. What started with a group of progressive farmers in 1955, as a small local festival, has grown into the best single event for the summer, and one of Fayette County’s most beloved traditions. Visitors from the Tri-State area come to enjoy the pleasure of being entertained by the variety of good talent, excellent food options, and shows of all kinds. Local residents, family and old friends reunite to celebrate the valuable hard work of our local farmers.
